We ask you to keep the balcony tidy. A number of rules that we have are:

• Please hang flower boxes on the inside of the balcony or loggia because falling flower boxes can be dangerous.
• Place plants so that they do not cause a nuisance to fellow residents. Do not place fencing on the railing.
• Do not hang laundry on the outside of the balcony.
