The general areas, such as the corridor, entrance, bicycle shed and stairwells are not suitable as storage or to place rubbish.
These items block the passage in case of fire or other emergencies.

Emergency doors and all other doors to the outside must be kept free for fire safety and access for ambulance personnel.
