Maintenance contract
The provision of small daily maintenance is in many cases the responsibility of the tenant. Think of a faucet that is leaking, a CV that needs to be vented or a lock that no longer works properly.
You can take out a subscription at Maasvallei that ensures that these kinds of chores are carried out free of charge through Maasvallei.
The tenant maintenance subscription costs € 6.50 per month for a home or apartment and € 3.25 for a student room (price level 2021).
You can take out a tenant maintenance subscription in the following ways:
1.From the customer portal Mijn Maasvallei (in my actions).
2.Download a blank contract with downloads (see at algemeen and then second and thirth option) on this website and send it signed back to Maasvallei.
