The costs of the advance payment for water consumption are included in the service costs, so you already pay these with your rent.
The advance payment for the heating costs (heating) and electricity goes through Ista (https://www.ista.com/nl/). You will receive a letter from Ista with more information and the advance amount.
Once a year it will be checked whether you have paid too much or too little in advance and a settlement will take place. The settlement will always take place before July 1.
