The advance costs for the boiler / badgeiser, electricity and the water consumption are included in the service costs, so you already pay these with your rent.

The advance payment for the heating costs (heating) goes through Ista (https://www.ista.com/nl/). You will receive a letter from Ista with more information and the advance amount.

Tip: ask your housemates! There is probably already a contract through one of your housemates.
